I’m passionate about music, production, and audio technology. Since the 90s, I’ve been writing, recording, and producing music for myself and others. Collaborating with other musicians is what truly excites me—while I love producing my own work, the magic of music happens when creating with others.
Growing up in a musical South American family, I was surrounded by Latin music and Michael Jackson’s influence. This sparked my love for both the music and production aspects, especially Quincy Jones’ work, which made me appreciate the sound of drums and musicianship.
I formed my first band in 6th grade, writing and performing wherever I could—at neighborhood parties, churches, and schools. In high school, I bought a Tascam 4-track recorder, experimenting with songwriting and recording techniques. After high school, I moved to South and Central America, where I played with talented musicians and performed at various events and recorded my first album.
This led me to pursue a career in music production, earning a degree in Audio and Video Production from HCC Houston. While in school, I recorded an album and gained experience working in commercial studios, working in music stores and playing in bands around the Houston area.
I also spent a year working at Sunrise Sound in Houston where I studied under Skip Burroughs and Cedrick Courtois at Mediatech Institute. It was an amazing period of growth where I gained real life experience with large format SSL consoles and more advanced studio techniques.
Since then, I've worked under various engineers and producers, worked in recording studios, live sound at venues, and corporate events, while always writing and composing music.
As a multi-instrumentalist and songwriter, I’m involved in every aspect of the creative process.
